Oyindamola Bamisile ACA
Vice President / People & Finance

Oyindamola Bamisile is the Vice President and Head, People and Finance. She is a chartered accountant with experience in both public and private sector establishments, focused on deploying global accounting best practices on financial system and reporting. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the Lagos State University and belongs to the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Some of her previous roles were at University Press Plc where she was financial analyst for the Lagos region while also functioning as the Management Accountant. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and enjoys reading and listening to soothing music in her spare time.

Niyi Olumoto
Vice President / Head Real Estate Brokerage & Origination

Niyi Olumoto heads the real estate brokerage and origination business at Northcourt. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. With over 5 years of banking experience in First Bank & Zenith Bank, where he was involved in core banking operations, retail and commercial banking and customer service experience optimisation. He is an experienced real estate broker with interest in transaction structuring, negotiations and people management. Niyi is a huge fan of wildlife documentaries.

Ayo Ibaru MRICS
COO / Director, Real Estate Advisory

Ayo Ibaru heads the real estate advisory practice at Northcourt. He holds an undergraduate degree in Estate Management and an MBA from the University of Lagos. His previous roles were at Diamond bank (Value Assurance, Insights and Innovation) where he developed frameworks for increased revenue and policy efficiency. At Stanbic IBTC bank, he was part of the Custody/Investor services business where he managed equity and fixed income investments for institutional clients. He also managed enterprise costs at Stanbic IBTC Holding Company. He is a member of the Society of Property Researchers. Ayo is a sucker for economics, psychology and property.

Osagie Alfred MRICS, FMP
Director, Real Estate Services

Osagie Alfred is responsible for the real estate services business (facility management and brokerage) at Northcourt. He has in-depth and hands-on exposure to the workings of the Nigerian real estate industry. His experience spans corporate real estate management, property valuation, property/portfolio investment analysis, construction project management and real estate financial modelling. Prior to joining Northcourt, he worked at the Corporate real estate division of Stanbic IBTC Holding Company. He has also worked with Propertygate Development and Investment Plc (Real Estate Advisory and Trading Officer), Mama Cass Restaurants Limited (Head, Facilities and Projects Management) and John Zedomi & Associates (Head, Real Estate Research and Valuation). He holds an undergraduate degree in Estate management from the University of Lagos and he is a Facility Management Professional. Osagie loves music and football; and engages in public speaking.

Tayo Odunsi FRICS, ANIVS, RSV
CEO

Tayo Odunsi is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years of professional real estate experience. He holds an undergraduate degree in Estate management from the University of Lagos, a MSc. Real estate finance and investment degree from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK as well as a MBA from the Imperial College London. Some of his previous roles were at FBN Capital, GTHomes and ARM Investment Managers. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Society of Property Researchers, the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG) and the African Real Estate Society. He also serves as a Director at Ventures Park, the leading co-working space in the heart of Abuja. He’s an ardent art lover, valuer and curator. Tayo enjoys soft rock, gardening and mentoring young people.

Dr. Adeyinka Adewale
Non-Executive Director and Member, Research Advisory Board

Dr. Adeyinka Adewale is a seasoned management lecturer, speaker, and business coach. He holds a doctorate degree in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour from the Henley Business School, University of Reading. He also holds a BSc. in Estate Management with first class from the University of Lagos and a MSc. with distinction in International Management from the Henley Business School. He is currently a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Ethics at the Henley Business School. In this capacity, he has designed, facilitated and delivered several lectures as well as workshops for professionals and industry leaders on topical leadership and management issues around the world. Adeyinka is also a reviewer for top management journals and has published works with leading management publishers. He leads a business coaching and consultancy practice with most of his clients being young CEOs and thriving organisations in different industries and countries around the world. Adeyinka also gives his time to working with young people and has been recognised for his humanitarian works with youth charities in different parts of the UK.

Prof. Modupe Moronke Omirin ANIVS, RSV
Chair, Research Advisory Board

Prof. Omirin is the Chairman, Research Advisory Board at Northcourt. One time Head of Department and Coordinator of its postgraduate programmes – including the Master of Facilities Management (MFM) programme, she obtained a First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, a MSc Urban Land Appraisal from the University of Reading, England and a Ph.D. in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge where she was a Commonwealth Scholar. She has authored/co-authored several research papers and books on real estate economics, urban land markets, property valuation and facilities management. She is a member of the editorial board of several professional and academic journals. Prof. Omirin is a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer. She guides the research endeavours of Northcourt, contributing her wealth of experience in ensuring each research output is of appropriate quality – professionally and ethically executed and suitable for the use of the commissioners.
